Instrumental Living and Pregnancy
Pregnancy
Preconception
Pregnancy demands a lot from a woman’s body, mentally, emotionally, and physically. So, how do you prepare your body for what is about to happen?
Pregnancy and birth should be an instinctual experience, one where the body is able to adjust and adapt as it needs to instigate a natural labour and delivery. This instinctual nature, however, is impeded by modern reactive living and the ability to feel or listen to the body is lost. Because of this, many women can experience difficulties from conception right up to birth.
The Pre-Conception Course gives you the tools to harmonise your body ahead of pregnancy with Instrumental Living techniques. Being ahead of the game and applying Instrumental Living will not only help prepare your body for pregnancy, but benefit your overall wellbeing.

Pregnancy
During pregnancy, the body is working harder to accommodate a growing baby, so it’s not uncommon for existing health issues to become exacerbated or for new imbalances to form.
Using specific techniques, you will learn to remove your reactive mind from the equation, encouraging you to listen to the body’s own system of intelligence System (BSI), and focusing the breath to harmonise the body.
Most importantly, these techniques disperse built-up mental stress, thereby preventing blockages that make it harder for the body when going into labour and giving birth.
Developing this control of the body system means you can make it benefit you and your baby. It’s important to remember that your baby’s energy system is being instrumentally guided and influenced by your own, so give them the best start.

Post Pregnancy
Your baby is now here and, as instinct would have it, they are being instrumentally led without influence from the personality mind. This is something you will want to maintain for as long as possible, so now it’s important for parents to continue instrumental living to educate your baby instinctually.
